Time for a tune up on the Supra. I decided to splurge and try the iridium
plugs.

|
The Project. |
|
We all know what a sparkplug swap entails. Hey, guess what, no oil in the plug well. I guess the valve
cover bolts work OK.

Difficulty. |

All that makes this difficult is having to remove the 3000 and other
pipes, the coil cover, and the coils just to get to the plugs.

The Problems. |
|
No real problems.

The
Payoff. |
|
I seemed to feel a moderate increase in power. When compared
to a set of worn Nippondensos, this upgrade paid off well, but, when
compared to a good plug, I couldn't say. |
